Graduated from faculty of telecommunication or Information Systems or held MCIT scholarship
Age: Min. 21 Up to 27
- Experience : Not required
- English is good.
Required tasks :
- Handle the customer complain.
- listen to the customer and can analyzing the cases to direct him and make him satisfied.
Technicalities responsibilities:
-Responsible for Updating and maintenance software of the dead mobile.
- Test Mobile case to determine the required software or hardware techniques to be fixed.
Basic salary : 2500 up to 3500 according Exp
